What: Run Wild Vancouver is hosting a special edition of the Adventure Smart Survive Outside classroom program. Seasoned trail runners share personal stories and practical tips to help play safe on the trails when traveling fast and light. Attendees will also learn ways to manage the dynamics of running in a group, leadership skills and things to consider when adventuring with less experienced runners.

What: Learn to be a forest detective by identifying various animal tracks by size, shape, pattern, gait and more. Models and photos of different tracks will be on hand, and there will be an outdoor walk where attendees look for animal signs.

What: The third annual 5km Run/Walk for all first responders and the community is in promotion of PTSD awareness. Partial funds raised will go towards the Honour House Society in recognition of their work with first responders and their families.
