Vancouver's newest sneaker store opening in Gastown this month (PHOTOS)

A high-end sneaker store is setting up a brick-and-mortar location in Vancouver and they’ll be celebrating their grand opening later this month.

From the producers of one of the most successful Supreme pop-ups in Canada, NFS (Not For Sale) is finally opening their newest flagship store in Gastown.

NFS is the first consignment store in Canada to offer customers the ability to buy, sell, and trade a variety of sneakers, streetwear, and collectables.

The retail location boasts an extensive collection of sneakers, as well as a curated collection of rare Supreme items – dating all the way back to 1998.

Visitors will be able to find brands like Supreme, Offwhite, Vlone, Yeezy, Palace, Bape, and a handful of other “hype” brands.

Not to mention, one of the largest vinyl toy collections in Canada.

As if that wasn’t enough, NFS will also have a Funko Pop stacking machine and a Heat Vault Keymaster machine.

NFS will soft open to the public on Monday, September 17 from 12 to 7 pm. Within that week, visitors can check out the store to enter a free giveaway raffle that will take place on opening day.

Prizes for the raffle include a pair of Yeezy 500 Utility Blacks or Yeezy 350 Butters, the winner’s choice of a Supreme CDG shirt in white or black, and an assortment of rare Funko Toys (Star Wars 198 Porg, a Stranger Things 2 Park, and a Kingdom Hearts Shadow Heartless).

The grand opening takes place on Saturday, September 22 from 12 to 7 pm.

Opening day festivities include a live DJ, a photo booth hosted by Goofy Booth, early access to inventory, special edition opening t-shirts designed by Tye Lakusta, a sneaker display box giveaway and the first 50 people in line will receive a free play on the Heat Vault Keymaster and Funko Stacker.
