Best of Titmouse’s 5 Second Animation: A #SavetheRio Fundraiser

• What: Titmouse Animation is curating a special screening featuring the very best of their legendary 5 Second Night short animated films. Known for series such as Venture Bros., Metalocalypse, Superjail!, Big Mouth, and the feature film Nerdland, Titmouse creates high-quality cartoons for all ages and interests. All proceeds go directly towards the Rio’s #SavetheRio campaign.

Stanley Park Railway Easter Train

• What: Both kids and adults will be able to take part in activities like a “Bunny Burrow” maze, face painting, an egg hunt in the farmyard, Easter crafts, inflatable bouncers, and carnival games. Food will also be available at the train ride, with Stanley Park’s concession stand open as well as food trucks from Cloud Nine Cotton Candy Company, Insomniac Coffee, and the Praguery.

Spring Break at Sea-to-Sky Gondola

• What: For families looking take their spring break to new heights this year, the Sea-to-Sky Gondola in Squamish is the place to be. From March 17 to 29, the scenic attraction is offering free day tickets for children 12-years-old and younger. Up to three children can ride the gondola for free – accompanied by at least one adult – to enjoy the activities and outdoor adventure at the summit.

Vancouver Bike Rave – UBC Edition

• What: Vancouver Bike Raves explores the “dance party” capabilities of the city – without the use of alcohol or drugs. The ride will be pumped up with a sound system strong enough to support over 1000 riders. In addition to the bright lights and heart-pumping music, there will also be bike limbo and a bike fashion show. Presented by Party4Health.

Tulips of the Valley

• What: Tulips of the Valley will showcase 20 acres of tulips, over seven million bulbs, two acres of hyacinths, and three acres of “peony” daffodils. The festival also features returning attractions like a windmill, old-fashioned bike, a Stroopwafel Stand, multiple food trucks, and an on-site store to purchase fresh flowers.
