Stop Overdose Surrey: Connection Saves Lives

  • What: Stop Overdose Surrey: Connection Saves Lives is a series of events happening across Surrey that will provide information for the general public on how to be a part of the solution to the opioid overdose crisis. Attendees will learn how to reduce the stigma and isolation that are driving the overdose crisis and how to have compassionate conversations related to substance use with family, friends and colleagues. Attendees will also hear Kajan Johnson’s story of perseverance and how he became one of a mixed martial arts star. Take Home Naloxone kits and training will also be available.
