SoulKitchen! A Pop-Up Food Phenomenon

Halloween on the Heights

  • What: Families are invited to dress up and go trick or treating down Hastings Street. Kids and their adults will be able to get yummy treats from neighbourhood stores and ride the Halloween Trains in the Dark.

Central City Halloween Fun Event

  • What: Families are invited to Central City for a free Halloween Fun Event. Children ages 12 and under dressed in costume can take part in the centre-wide trick-or-treating at participating stores (while limited treats last). Plus, families can enjoy Halloween craft activities, face-painting, balloon artists, entertainment, story-time, and more (near Winners).

Halloween 2017 on Commercial Drive

Minoru Park Halloween Fireworks Festival

  • What: Organized by the City of Richmond, this is far and away Vancouver’s greatest, most professional Halloween fireworks show. In addition to the awesome fireworks, on the ground will be dancing, actors, activities for children, and plenty of other Halloween sideshow creature-people.

Halloween Hilarity at Cafe Deux Soleils

  • What: Comedy gets spooky on October 31 with eerie laughs at Cafe Deux Soleils. Come enjoy mini-chocolate bars, ghost stories, a real-life Ouija Board, and Halloween comedy with The Fictionals. Plus dress up in costume for a chance to win prizes.

Fright Nights at Playland

  • What: Fright Nights are returning to Playland this October, bringing hauntings, horror, and hair-raising rides to Vancouver for another year. This year, there will be eight haunted houses for you to explore (if you dare). And you’ll also be able to brave 20 rides – five more than last year.
