Every month, the Cit compiles a list of Vancouver’s must-see events. This makes it easy to ensure that you’re always around ‘n about town experiencing all that Vancouver has to offer. We’ve drawn from various sources to make this calendar your monthly go-to list for all things Vancouver.

Vancouver Folk Music Festival
When: July 18-20
Where: Jericho Beach Park
What: Over 60 of the world’s best folk artists play in Vancouver

Caribbean Days Festival
When: July 26 & 27
Where: Waterfront Park, North Vancouver
What: Weekend of tropical rhythm + cuisine + carnival + culture + entertainment + parade

Celebration of Light
When: July 26 & 30 & Aug 2
Where: English Bay
What: USA, France & Japan compete in the world’s largest offshore fireworks competition

North Shore Green Markets
When: Every Friday from 5-10pm
Where: Shipbuilders Square, North Van
What: Over 50 vendors + 15 food trucks + live music + local breweries on tap

International Summer Night Market |
When: Every Fri, Sat, Sun until Sept 14
