What: Erica Sigurdson is a gem in the crown that is Vancouver comedy. A semi-finalist on the word-famous Seattle International Comedy Competition, a repeat guest on shows like CBC’s The Debaters and local podcast sensation Stop Podcasting Yourself, as well as a performer on the legendary Just for Laughs festival in Montreal, Erica is a force to be reckoned with. But, like, in a funny way.

The first class is free, and if you miss this one there are plenty more. It’s better than punching boards until your knuckles are bloody, I’ll tell you that.

What: South Korean boy band INFINITE come to Vancouver tonight on their Effect World Tour. With five studio albums, two sub-groups (with their own albums) and sold out shows around the world, INFINITE is a name to remember.

What: Canadian blues rock troupe Miss Quincy & The Showdown come to The Cobalt tonight, along with guests Cobra Ramone and Savvie. The weekend isn’t here yet, but with these booze rockers it’ll feel like it’s always been here. Always.
