It’s easy to think creatively when you enter the front doors of Unbounce, a company that helps marketers and digital agencies build, publish and test landing pages without a web developer.

With a focus on digital media, Unbounce is a front runner within Vancouver’s marketing scene – and that’s especially apparent when you stroll through its office.

Unbounce has also staked its claim in various markets, like Montreal and Berlin where its other offices reside.

And this ‘think big’ mentality has a strong presence in its home office space right here in Vancouver – its walls decorated with thought-provoking words and space for you to scribble your thoughts. Because there’s no such thing as being too creative.

Size: 40,000 square feet between three floors
Location: 400-401 W Georgia St, Vancouver

The Vancouver office is dog-friendly, so it’s not unusual to find yourself greeted by a furry animal. The largest common space in the office is the event area which holds up to 200 people. Throughout the year, Unbounce welcomes tons of people into its space.

“Our largest common space is our event area which holds up to 200 people. Over the course of a year, Unbounce welcomes an average of 3500 people into its event space which is used to host company wide town hall meetings, open houses and local community meetups and events,” says Unbounce PR Manager, Sarah Gooding.

There’s no lack of bright light in Vancouver’s Unbounce headquarters where employees enjoy the sun through floor to ceiling windows. It helps that the view is beautiful too.

Tour around the office and you’ll see the wall inscribed with words of objects that do not bounce – going in theme with the company’s name, of course.

One thing that really stands out while walking through the office is how its setup is so conducive to brainstorming and teamwork. It’s normal for coworkers to scrawl their ideas out onto the glass walls, or stick Post-It notes on to keep track of all their meandering thoughts.

“Today Unbounce’s core values don’t just decorate our walls,” says Gooding.

“Unbounce lives out its core values daily, from the courage, humility and transparency it takes to address diversity issues, to empowering Unbounce employees and generously matching their fundraising, along with delighting Unbounce customers and the greater community with fantastic events and the Call to Action Conference.”

“[Our] forward thinking and transparent approach to building teams has resulted in a high employee retention rate…last quarter Unbounce had a less than 1% turnover, high employee morale as 95% recommend Unbounce as a great place to work, and a highly respected employer brand well-known within the Vancouver and Montreal technology communities,” says Gooding.

“Unbounce gives all employees four weeks of holidays, full extended benefits, a $1000 vacation bonus, a $500 health and wellness budget and a $500 networking budget, among many other employee benefits.”

Hungry? The snack closet has you covered. Just walk on over and snag your faves when you fancy a coffee break.

You’ll never feel like you’re at work at Unbounce thanks to the colourful and lively pops of colour through the entire office. There’s always something unexpected around every corner.

If you think Unbounce’s office is cool then you’ll love the company’s upcoming Call to Action (CTA) Conference taking place at Queen Elizabeth Theatre later this month. The fourth-annual conference covers everything digital marketing-related from copywriting, email, pay-per-click, conversation rate optimization, landing page design, and of course, networking.

At the CTA Conference you’ll spend three days learning actionable digital marketing tactics and trends from the best in the biz experts, and networking and collaborating with other marketers. Who knows, maybe you’ll even party with your fellow marketers after the event, as your ticket includes access to afterparties.

Additionally, you can enjoy three days of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and activities, when you purchase a ticket for CTA Conference. Unbounce truly spoils attendees, so you’ll be happy with the result.
