If you consider yourself a true poutine connoisseur, then there’s a new Vancouver creation you’ve got to taste for yourself.
It’s at an unlikely location, Torafuku located at 958 Main Street, and it has a fresh rendition of this classic serving of Canadiana dish.

Aptly called ‘Poutine???’ the creation consists of duck leg ragout, polenta tempura fries, shaved parm, star anise gastrique, local greens, and a yuzu vinaigrette.
Essentially, the team at the Chinatown gem have created a unique dish of poutine sticks, and we are here for it.
While it’s not the all-you-can-eat variety of our favourite comforting and carby dish, it’s a shareable elevated way to enjoy something we all know and love.
This new poutine is one of a kind. Try it yourself while it’s still on the menu.
