Main Street's Thyme to Indulge has closed its doors for good

After four years of operation, time has run out for Thyme to Indulge Catering and Bistro.

The Mount Pleasant neighbourhood restaurant and catering service has officially closed its doors. A sandwich board in the doorway of the Main Street location explains the reason for closing – its owners have shuttered the business to be with family in the Caribbean.

Run by Chef Magavon and his wife Paula Toby, this spot was known for its healthy eats and all-day breakfast features like house-made granola and half baked grapefruit, along with hearty lunch options like Seared Dungeness Crab Cake Salads, BBQ Pulled Paninis, and Tuna Melts.

The bistro announced via Facebook that they will be selling some items from the space on Saturday, February 18 from 10 am to 2 pm. Some of the items being sold include dishes, tea bag trays, mugs, and platters.

So if you want to get one last look at the bistro or pick up something to remember it by, this is your last shot.
