What: In partnership with one of the leading presenters of Theatre in the City of Vancouver, The Cultch, Diwali Fest will incorporate South Asian-themed Theatre for a two-week run at The York Theatre as well as a dance presentation for a weekend at The Historic Theatre at The Cultch. The two productions are Nirbhaya and Sunya.

What: This seasonal fundraising effort kicked off for the first time last year to great success and Vancouver’s firefighters will be taking to the streets again to raise funds for a good cause. This year, proceeds from the sale of umbrellas will go to the Vancouver Firefighters’ Charitable Society’s Snack Program, which provides over 60 thousand snacks to school children in Vancouver each year.

What: This unforgettable night will start off with a chance for you to take pictures in our photo booth in your gorgeous attires, get your hands adorned with henna, and tarot reading. This will be followed by a select group of incredible performances who will dance, sing and entertain the crowd. Delicious Dinner will be served and the floor will then open for dancing for the rest of the night!
