For months Canadians were eagerly awaiting the arrival of U.S. retailer Target. Now that the dust has settled customers are left dissatisfied.
According to a Forum Research survey, Target, in Canada, has fallen to last place among major retailers in customer satisfaction.
Of those surveyed only 27 per cent of Target customers said they were “very satisfied” with their experience at Target.
Could it be that they simply changed the signage and that it’s still just a Zellers in disguise. That may explain the low satisfaction ratings.
