With technology continuing to evolve at breakneck speeds, individuals are noticing that it’s becoming more difficult to find time to disconnect.

Mindfulness and meditation is becoming a popular method for helping people connect with themselves. That’s where Moment Meditation comes in.

Located in Gastown, the first ever exclusive mindfulness studio in Vancouver offers four different types of classes that incorporate a healthy mix of education and mindful activities ending with a 15-20 minute guided meditation.

Designed to be accessible and relevant, Moment Mediation uses a combination of research-backed, evidence-based mindfulness techniques to guide their clients to be calmer, more focused, and happier.
