Your first look at Tacofino Ocho before it opens (PHOTOS)
Tacofino, one of Vancouver’s most popular local spots, is officially about to welcome a new location into their ever-growing family of restaurants and food trucks.
The brand is gearing up to open their newest outpost, aptly named Tacofino Ocho (which means eight in Spanish), in Mount Pleasant early next week, and we got the first look inside their stunning new digs.

Tacofino Ocho is located at 8 East 5th Avenue, right across from the new-ish Purebread in the lively neighbourhood. The newest addition takes over the 2,800-sq-ft space of the former Lightworks Building.

Tacofino Mount Pleasant features an 88-seat dining room and a large, horseshoe-shaped bar along, with a drool-worthy enu of fire-grilled meat and veggie offerings. The new eatery will also eventually get a sidewalk patio.
As well, this location will offer a take-out counter for quick grab-and-go situations.
