The RCMP have released a composite sketch of a suspect related to a sexual assault that occurred at an open house in Surrey.

At around 4:10 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, a female realtor hosting an open house was sexually assaulted. The suspect fled the home after she managed to fight him off.

The suspect is described as 5’5″ tall, with brown eyes, and a dark brown, well-groomed beard. He was wearing dark pants, a light coloured shirt, and a white turban. Surrey RCMP say he spoke with an accent.

Anyone with information that could assist investigators is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers’ anonymous hotline at 1-800-222-8477.
