What if the sounds you hear every day binded together into a song?

From the Gastown Steam Clock to the 9 O’Clock Gun, the Vancouver YouTube collective IFHT has mashed together sound bites you’ll capture in the city on a day-to-day basis. The result: a really catchy song.

Jason Lucas and Matt Dennison, the Vancouverites behind the YouTube video, were previously known for their “How to be a Vancouverite” clip, that now has over a million views.

This newest video was filmed and directed by Dennison, and the music was produced by Azel North.

Watch the video below for yourself, and get a taste of the sound of summer. The song can also be downloaded for free here.
