British Columbia has some truly beautiful sights, and filmmaker Loup Foussereau went on an adventure with a drone in the Rockies to prove it.

Foussereau, who just moved to Canada from France, went to Mt. Robson Provincial Park and Mt. Assiniboine Provincial Park in B.C., and Jasper National Park and Banff National Park in Alberta.

“I have seen many beautiful landscapes in Bali, Vietnam, Cambodia, many countries in Europe and in Africa, but I have to say I have no words for what I saw in the Canadian Rockies,” he told Vancity Buzz.

“In just two weeks, 2400 miles driven and hundreds of miles hiked, I have been through amazing mountains, glaciers, lakes and encountered wild animals from the small squirrel to the bigger grizzly.”

Foussereau said that finishing up his trip with a stay in Vancouver was the cherry on the cake.

“Great city, great people, interesting mix of cultures and the most important thing: just have a look up and you are already in the mountains, ready for the next adventure.”
