Starbucks brings back Ugly Sweater Cookies and unveils Fruitcake Frap

Back at it again, Starbucks Canada continues to surprise and delight its customers by adding festive items to the holiday menu, proving there’s more to be excited about than just fancy red cups.

This time, there’s a new flavour of a classic drink being unveiled – the Fruitcake Frappuccino.

The base of this new frap is a Hazelnut Crème mixture blended with dried fruit and spiced cinnamon. The beverage will be finished with a healthy serving of whipped cream, caramel dots, and a dusting of matcha.

But you’ll need to act quickly to taste this festive specialty drink, as it’s only available in participating stores from Thursday, December 15 to Sunday, December 18.

If the #fraplife simply isn’t for you, don’t worry, there’s something else coming that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

The coffee chain is also reintroducing an oldy but a goody into its Canadian stores this week – the Ugly Sweater Gingerbread Cookie is back for another year of colourful bliss.

These treats are decked out in festive sweaters with holiday patterns like Christmas trees, snowflakes, and snowmen. You can get these little guys at Starbucks locations throughout the holiday season.
