Slavic Weekend events kick off on Saturday with Slavic Day, showcasing the folk culture of 14 Slavic countries and their native dishes, including cabbage rolls and bigus.

Festivities will also include presentations on the history of the region and a chance to learn and sing Slavic songs and dances.
