Located at 115-5668 Hollybridge Way, this wildly popular chain is known for having the number one skirt meat BBQ in Korea, aka ‘Galmaegisal.’

Seorae describes their meat as the perfect combination of tenderness and juiciness from a part of the animal that contains a minimal amount of fat, and people go nuts for it.

“A fully-grown pig or cow produces only 250 grams of such meat. It is so good and so rare, that this meat was reserved only for the palates of monarchs and royal families,” their site reads.
