Vancouver Science World open by donation next Tuesday night
Good news science fans!
Next Tuesday, November 28, you’ll be able to get into Science World in Vancouver simply by donating to a good cause.
On that day, which also happens to be GivingTuesday, from 5 pm to 8 pm, admission into Science World will be by donation to the Super Science Club.
The after-school program aims to inspire local at-risk children to be inquisitive about the world around them and to develop a long-term interest in science and technology.
GivingTuesday is an International Day of Giving where charities, companies and people join together to share commitments, rally for their favourite cause and think about others.
Any donations you make to the Super Science Club are tax-deductible and will also be matched by Science World’s Board of Directors.
And if you can’t make it, don’t worry, you can still donate online at scienceworld.ca/givingtuesday.
