Save-on-Meats owner Mark Brand: “Everything we close, we close by choice”

In this episode of Hyphy.TV, we interview entrepreneur Mark Brand. Responsible for some of the most notable restaurants in East Vancouver, including Save-On-Meats, Sea Monstr Sushi, The Portside, The Diamond, and Boneta; Mark is well-versed in establishing successful restaurants.

Mark Brand is also no stranger to controversy as several of his businesses (including Boneta and Sharks & Hammers) have shut their doors.

In this Interview Mark remains positive as he responds to some of the heat directed his way, while also providing some invaluable advice to young entrepreneurs hoping to make it in Vancouver.
