An 86-year-old run-down Point Grey home has sold for $2.5 million – $80,000 more than the original asking price – just two weeks after it was listed.

The property at 4453 West 14th Avenue caused quite a stir online after it was posted to the Kavanagh Group’s website on January 28. The home appears to be in a state of disrepair, but it’s the land that it’s sitting on that’s worth so much money. The property was recently assessed at $2.15 million.
