Rolex Vancouver store set to open in Shangri-La Hotel
Global Watch Company (GWC) and Rolex have announced that together they are set to open the doors of the new exclusive Rolex Vancouver boutique, with a soft opening scheduled for the first week of October.

Located in the upscale Shangri-La Hotel, and situated in a prime Luxury Zone location, the boutique offers an impressive setting that will house a wide variety of Rolex wristwatches.
“The partnership with Rolex to open Western Canada’s first boutique in the city made perfect sense as Vancouver has recently seen an influx in demand for luxury products,” said Sassan Pourfar, founder and owner of GWC.

The partnership between Rolex and Pourfar dates back more than a decade, even preceding the creation of GWC.
Inside the boutique, customers will be enveloped in an atmosphere inspired by water and the sea, evoking the essence of Rolex, known worldwide as the inventor of the first waterproof wristwatch in 1926, the Oyster.
“In order to provide customers with an elevated shopping experience, the over 2,000 square foot space is beautifully designed with laser-etched aqua glass, cream-coloured leather, bronze detailing, and private showrooms,” Pourfar said.
