Get ready for the inaugural edition of Crimson Canteen, a new pop-up series kicking off in Vancouver later this month.

The first pop-up will take place at Rhinofish Noodle Bar, one of Chinatown’s Taiwanese beef noodle hotspots, on Tuesday, March 27.

Inspired by the night markets of Taiwan, this pop-up’s eats will be prepared by Vancouver’s own Dumpling King, Matt Murtagh-Wu, and Chef David Wu of Rhinofish.

While the menu hasn’t been finalized as of yet, you can expect 15 dishes – yes really, 15.

Attendees can also indulge in curated cocktails, mocktails, and beer which can be purchased for an additional charge at the event (cash is encouraged).

There are only 60 tickets up for grabs, so be sure to get yours while you can.
