The owners of the six dogs stolen from the back of a pickup truck at an off-leash park are holding a rally with the hope for their return.

The rally will be held at Brookswood Park – the park where the dogs were taken – at 6 p.m. tonight, May 15.

The dogs went missing on May 13 after the dogs’ sitter put them in the back of her pickup truck, to use the washroom. When she returned ten minutes later, the truck’s canopy had been unlatched and all six dogs were gone.

Despite searching the area for hours, she wasn’t able to locate any of them.

The owners believe their dogs were taken as opposed to having escaped from the truck since the canopy couldn’t have been opened by the dogs.

If you have information that would assist police to locate these dogs, please call Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477)
