It just keeps falling: Vancouver set to see rain all weekend long

“Rain drops keep falling on my head….”

If you live in Vancouver, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the lyrics are in fact, the city’s theme tune.

Yes, after another predominantly wet week, which saw weather warnings and highway closures, it looks like we’re in for another wet weekend.

According to Environment Canada, the rain is forecast to begin Friday morning and then pretty much settle in for the weekend.

Temperatures will hover around the high single digits both during both the day and night, with a slight climb into the the double digits on both Saturday and Sunday.

And while mountains around the province are getting a fresh dump of snow these days, there doesn’t appear to be any of the white stuff in Vancouver’s forecast for the next little while.

So hey, that’s something, right?

Stay dry out there.
