July is starting off wet. Environment Canada says clouds and rain will dominate the week, while temperatures will continue to hover in the high teens and low 20s.

Rain is predicted for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week in Vancouver, with strong winds anticipated near the water for today and tomorrow.
