Port Moody police slam this man to the concrete using excessive force causing injury. There was no warning and clearly the man was not resisting arrest, according to the video’s uploader.

Watch the video and you be the judge.

Port Moody police are reviewing the video that alleges excessive force used by one their officers who threw the suspect to the ground.

It’s difficult to tell what happened prior to the slamming down, but it does raise a question about the use of force to take the individual down.

Again in the video it’s not clear if the man was not complying, resisting, or posing a threat etc… However, if one were to judge solely based on the video, it’s not looking too good for the office in question.
