One man is in custody after a police incident in East Vancouver on Tuesday evening.

Vancouver police Staff Sgt. Randy Fincham told Daily Hive that around 6 pm, police spotted a man who was driving a stolen vehicle.

“He was boxed in at Clark Drive and Great Northern Way,” Fincham explained. ‎

The driver then “attempted to push his way out, and collided with an occupied, unrelated vehicle.”

There were no injuries reported as a result of the incident.
