Calling all Pokémon GO fanatics: your dream job might now be available.
Newly minted career postings website Fraser Valley Jobs says the start-up life has kept them too busy to “catch ’em all,” so they’re enlisting the help of a Pokémon Trainer to help them level up.
“That’s right millennials… 90s kids… the currently unemployed…or those looking for a career you can be passionate about… your time has come,” reads the posting. “The opportunity for you to release your full potential is here. We want you to be our designated Pokemon Trainer – and we’re only looking for the best of the best in the Fraser Valley.”

It seems only the best candidate will do. Your educational background must include years of watching Pokémon on TV – bonus points if you’re old enough to have watched it when episodes were new – and to prove your experience, you need to sell yourself on your Pokémon catching skills and have extensive knowledge of Poké Stops around the Fraser Valley.
As with any dream job, however, sacrifices need to be made.
“[You must be] willing to make this job your highest priority. This could mean ditching your girlfriend/boyfriend/children/pets to catch a rare one,” reads the posting.
