The mansion on Drummond Drive in Vancouver’s Point Grey neighbourhood sold recently for over $51 million.

Formerly belonging to Electronic Arts and Zynga CEO, Don Mattrick, the house is 25,000 sq. ft.on 2.7 acres of land. Mattrick bought the property at 4785 Drummond Drive in 2012 and employed Keystone Properties to build the house. The lot was originally about two thirds of its current size before Mattrick seized the opportunity to purchase the adjacent lot facing Belmont Avenue to protect his views from future obstruction.

The property features an underground 10-car garage on the Belmont side, a guest house, a separated studio and office space, a grass tennis court and sports court, gardens, waterfalls and lawns.

According to the Vancouver Sun, the property was recently sold to Mailin Chen, a businessman from Mainland China, owner of Chunghwa Investments Canada Ltd.
