Myodetox is changing the game for Physio, RMT, and Chiro in Vancouver

Physiotherapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic are getting a serious makeover thanks to Vancouver and Toronto-based company Myodetox.

North Vancouver’s award-winning Pivotal Health announced that it will unite with Toronto and Vancouver’s premium therapy brand Myodetox.

Myodetox was started by Toronto-based physiotherapist Vinh Pham in 2013. The company uses innovative manual therapy techniques to help individuals live pain-free and move at their full potential.

Pivotal Health was started six years ago in North Vancouver. The clinic provides one-on-one physio care, massage therapy, and IMS treatments.

Now joining together, the two companies aim to become the “most innovative healthcare company to create more momentum and reshape the rehab industry.”

“This movement, the core of who we are, needs to be shared. Because deep down we all feel we can make this world a better place with what we do,” says Andrew Sabarre, co-owner of Pivotal Health.

“By joining Myodetox, we are now a part of a company with a reach that has not been seen before in our industry and has given us a chance to redefine the public’s expectations of rehab.”

As part of the partnership process, the existing Pivotal Health clinic will be remodelled under Myodetox branding and will be renamed Myodetox North Shore. The clinic aims to continue the progress Pivotal Health has established in the Northern Pacific Market.

This transition will have no current effects on operations at Pivotal Health and clients will receive the same high-quality treatment and service.

Fourth and fifth locations in Vancouver are currently under renovation and are slated to open in late 2018 and early 2019.

“It’s not only validation for what we do as a company, but a huge celebration for what’s to come for the entire industry,” says Nick Lo, COO of Myodetox.

Last year, Lo rebranded his own Vancouver-based Physio Room to Myodetox and saw a massive return.

“It’s a huge win for us as a group to see others believe in the mission and join the movement.”
