After enduring a fire and flood The Pie Shoppe is almost back in business
One of Vancouver’s most beloved pie shops has been through a lot lately.
The Pie Shoppe, located at 1875 Powell Street, suffered both a fire and a flood in early February. The good news is they are almost back in action, thanks to a successful GoFundMe campaign that raised close to $16,000 last month.
Clearly, these guys make some damn good pies.

The newly-renovated local pie purveyor announced they will definitely be open next week on Good Friday from 11 am to 5 pm. The Pie Shoppe is now taking pre-orders for pies to be picked up from Friday, March 30 to Sunday, April 1.
Patrons can go online and place pre-orders or check out the special menu and call the team with their order (flavour, size, pickup date/time, and all general personal info necessary).
The pie maker also wrote a reminder to everyone who pledged towards the GoFundMe saying that they will be able to use their pie dollars as soon as the shop is open next month.
