O Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony around the corner

The O Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is right around the corner. This event, hosted by the Mount Pleasant Business Improvement Area, includes a visit from Santa Claus!

Mount Pleasant Business Improvement Area (Mount Pleasant B-I-A) is hosting their annual O Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony next weekend, and it’s free!

The O Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony features:

  • Free hot chocolate, candy canes, and Cobs Bread baked goods!
  • A visit from Santa Claus
  • Songs performed by Kids Sing Chorus and Caminando Carolers
  • Handmade decorations made by students at Mount Pleasant Elementary School, Florence Nightingale Elementary School and Simon Fraser Elementary School

Friday December 7 from 5:30 to 7:00pm

Where

South-west corner of Kingsway and East Broadway

This “must-go-to” event is one you won’t want to miss, so stop by and start your holiday season off the right way!
