North Vancouver’s latest cafe, Alchemy Coffee, celebrated their grand opening this past weekend.
The newly-opened coffee bar fills in the spot of the former Puchi Cafe after a month-long renovation brought in a brighter, more modern interior into the dining space.
The cafe’s goal is to promote community over competition. As such, they feature roasts from several well-known roasters in the coffee community: Pallet Roasters, Timbertrain Roasters, Modus Coffee, and Phil & Sebastien Coffee – to name a few.

In addition to a growing selection of local roasters, they also offer their take on fresh baked goods and breakfast foods. Pastries are either baked in-house or supplied by Erin Ireland’s To Die For baked goods.
Their more substantial food offerings include breakfast sandwiches, breakfast cups, and paninis.
The cafe will be open all week long and is situated at the top of Lower Lonsdale.
