Nook: Rustic Italian eatery expanding with Olympic Village location
Known for its casual comfort fare, Italian-inspired Nook has plans to open a third location.
Situated in Olympic Village (in a new build on West 2nd and Columbia), Nook’s latest addition is slated to open in July 2017.
Although the project is still a long way off from completion, co-owner Brad Roark tells Daily Hive that the restaurant will offer inside seating for 90 and outdoor (patio) seating for 30.
While Roark could not confirm the menu at this time, we can assume that the restaurant will offer a menu that mirrors the other two locations–it is Nook after all. If the Olympic Village outpost does follow suit then the restaurant will offer wood-fired pizzas, pastas, antipasto, salads, and perhaps even weekend brunch.
