An Abbotsford mansion once owned by Nickelback lead vocalist and guitarist Chad Kroeger is once again on the market, and it is countering real estate trends experienced in the Lower Mainland, as the price has actually gone down.
When Daily Hive wrote about its listing in 2014, the sprawling luxurious property had a price tag of $8.98 million. But now, in its latest listing, it is going for slightly less at $8.848 million.

The 1990-built 20,135 sq. ft. home – not including the indoor ice rink – at 30709 North Burgess Avenue sits on a massive 18.5-acre ‘mountain view’ country estate.
