This April an open house is showing locals how they can experience the benefits of coast-to-coast thought leadership and education.
New York Institute of Technology’s (NYIT) Vancouver Campus is hosting the event on Tuesday, April 19 to highlight its innovative programs that connect students to the energy and opportunities of the Big Apple.
NYIT is a highly-ranked, not-for-profit university that offers intensive programs for recent university grads and working professionals. It also offers professional development courses for motivated individuals looking to enhance their skill set.
NYIT has 12,000 students from 100 different countries at campuses around the world. After studying, students often go on to become technologically savvy physicians, architects, scientists, engineers, business leaders, digital artists, health care professionals, and much more.
Open House attendees will get the goods on NYIT Vancouver’s degrees including its two newest courses in energy management and instructional technology for both educators and professional trainers. Faculty will also be on hand to chat about your program of interest, help you register for a sample lecture, and provide information about NYIT’s portfolio of degrees. You’ll even get the chance to mix and mingle with current students, alumni, and business partners while discovering various scholarships and financial aid options.
Speaking of financial aid, NYIT Vancouver will be offering the first five eligible applicants from the open house a $2000 scholarship in celebration of Vancouver’s diverse talent. To further help cover the costs of tuition, the university has also recently switched its tuition from USD to CAD to help tackle the increasing costs posed by the exchange rate.
