The New West Pride Columbia Street Party – the pinnacle of Pride Season in New Westminster – is returning loud and proud on August 13.

The free event between Begbie Street and 4th Street will be packed with beer gardens and patio party areas, plus three stages for drag shows, choir recitals and more.

Hosted by Jazmine Khan, the main stage will feature performances from Michael Fraser, K!mmortal, Mz Adrien, and headliners Top Less Gay Love Tekno Party.

Meanwhile, the Rainbow Concert Band, Vandeca, Drag Show Choir, Lions Gate Chorus and Quayside Voices will all perform on an All! Choir! Stage hosted by Whoopsie Daisy.

Food trucks will keep partygoers fuelled up all night long, and for the kids, there will be a carnival-sized Cinnamon Hearts Puppet Show and a children’s zone.
