NB Vancouver X Collar Kenny X Made pop-up shop a huge hit
FEATURED ON THE LISTED GUIDE
Vancouver’s young art community threw down at New Balance on Robson last Saturday, for a one night collaboration with Collar Kenny and Made.
More than 500 people attended the event, making the pop-up an immediate success.
Creative Director Aaron Riemersma and artist Noah the Painter from Collar Kenny had their one-of-a-kind bomber jackets on display.
Made art show’s Icy Touch curated a stunning collection of work from three of Vancouver’s top artists Pencil Fingerz, Carling Jackson, and Adam Hoens.
Food and drinks provided by Juno Kim, Mark Singson, and Trading Post Brewing were enjoyed by attendees as they shopped and danced in rotation.
Icy Touch was in charge of taking over tables, and the Heat Vault HV Key Master machine kept the crowd entertained with four winners taking home the fastest selling global NB release ever – the 247.
Alex Harvey, owner of New Balance Vancouver, reflected on the event.
“This is the kind of night Vancouver needs more of. These artists’ creativity is so inspiring, and represent exactly what the New Balance 247 lifestyle is all about.”
