Reservations for MUJI's Vancouver pop-up opening sell out in minutes
Reservations to attend this weekend’s opening of Vancouver’s MUJI pop-up store at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel have filled up quickly.
Ahead of the opening of two permanent stores in Metro Vancouver later this year, MUJI announced that it would be opening to the public pop-up store in downtown Vancouver at the end of this week.

Due to the popularity of the event, MUJI said that reservations were required to attend the weekend opening. The reservations opened to the public on January 25, at 11 am and spots filled up within the hour.

The month-long pop-up store is tucked away in a small corner of the lobby of the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, providing just a taste of what Vancouverites can expect from the full-fledged 10,000-square-foot stores that will open on Robson Street and Metropolis at Metrotown shopping centre at the end of this year.
