Make up and hair styling salon 'The Glamoury' opens in Yaletown
Hair and makeup done in one stop. Seems like a simple concept, but if you think about it, there’s not many places in the city that is doing this well. Lucky for Vancouverites, that’s now changed, and it’s especially timely as we lead up to upcoming summer wedding season.
We’re taking you inside Vancouver’s newest beauty destination, the Glamoury, that offers both professional make up and hair styling services out of their newly minted salon in Yaletown.
Full makeup applications are $78, blowouts are $48 but if that’s breaking the beauty budget for the month, they also offer a range of scaled down services such as the mini-touch ups or eye-only applications ($40) and dry style (vs full blow out) for $36.
The decor is to-die-for – a mix of modern and classic art deco – where you’ll see statement wallpaper, touches of brass, retro lighting, and pops of teal throughout.
