Like French Made Baking, Thierry is also participating in the Jour du Macarons (Macaron Day) on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. On this day, Chef Thierry will be making a special limited edition Cherry Blossom flavour macaron that features a honey bush tea shell, honey butter cream and cherry jam. The best part about this event is that ten per cent of the macaron proceeds will go to St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation. It’s spectacular to be eating delicious treats while doing good at the same time, so see you all there!
