3 different people won 3 different lotteries in BC this weekend

It was a winning weekend in BC, after local residents enjoyed two consecutive lottery wins – and one before that.

A lotto ticket that was purchased in Chiiliwack for Saturday’s $7 million 6/49 jackpot matched all six numbers from across Canada to win the big money.

Adding to the excitement, the $500,000 Extra on the same draw was won by a ticket purchased in the Peace River-South region.

The lucky wins follows hot on the heels of another lottery prize over the weekend when a Lotto Max ticket bought in Burnaby won Friday’s $25.9 million jackpot.
