This is the last weekend you can skate at the Robson Square rink

An annual Vancouver tradition, the Robson Square Ice Rink, will be entering its final days of operation for the 2017/2018 season.

The outdoor skating rink, which opened shortly before the 2010 Olympic games, will be concluding its ninth consecutive winter season on February 28, 2017.

Skating is free for participants of all ages, visitors without their own skates will also be able to rent a pair on-site (note that the rentals are cash only). A concession stand is also available for the purchase of warm drinks and snacks.

Robson Square Ice Rink 2018

Where: 800 Robson Street, Vancouver (Robson Street & Howe Street)
When: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 9 pm; Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 11 pm.
Cost: Free for all agest, if you bring your own skates (Skate rentals are $4; rentals end 30 minutes before closing time)
Note: Helmets are mandatory for children 12 years and under. Robson Square Ice Rink accepts cash only.
