La Pentola, the new restaurant at Opus Hotel (taking over the pop-up concept Cento Notti) will be opening any day now. They have hired experienced restauranteurs, Nathalie & Stephane Meyer, as General Manager and Executive Chef. Stephane will work alongside Chefs Adam Pegg and Lucais Syme of La Quercia. Their menu theme is ‘Artfully crafted Northern Italian cuisine’. Here is a sneak peek a couple of dishes.
