Noodle lovers who yearn for a steaming bowl of ramen, take note: you can now get your fix at a new spot, which recently opened up on Jervis Street, near Robson.
Taking the place of Argan Bistro, Koyuki Sapporo Ramen is the latest addition to Vancouver’s ever-expanding ramen scene, having opened its doors to the public earlier this month.
Currently offering a dinner service, this casual sit-down eatery serves up comforting bowls of ramen, laden with noodles, slices of pork belly, menma (bamboo shoots), Japanese marinated soft boiled eggs, white leeks, miso paste, and more.
Appealing to both meat eaters and vegetarians, the noodle-focused shop offers long-simmered pork bone, chicken, and vegetable-based broths.
Drinks include soft drinks, hot and cold sake, plum wine, and a variety of cocktails.
