There’s been an excessive amount of fried chicken news in Vancouver lately, and it has everything to do with National Fried Chicken Day, which falls on Friday, July 6 this year.

One of the city’s most celebrated purveyors of this delicacy is Juke Fried Chicken, and they are offering patrons a special deal that will give you bang-for-your-buck and a fully satisfied stomach.

Customers who head to their Chinatown location at 182 Keefer Street starting at 11 am can pick up a chicken sandwich from just $3.

This signature item usually runs for $6.50, and it’s made with gluten-free free-range chicken that has been marinated for 24 hours before being fried.

Topped with BBQ sauce and slaw, it’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious and we’re going to go ahead and assume it will taste even better at half price.

Get spicy or regular varieties both dine-in and take-out, whatever you choose and whichever way you eat it, it’s going to be cheap!
