Hungry For Happiness takes an emotional approach to weight loss

Sep 27 2016, 5:04 am

Hungry For Happiness is on a mission to revolutionize weight loss in Vancouver.

Organizers of the two-day body and self love experience say they want to help women transform their bodies by first transforming their emotions.

The emotional baggage women carry with them through their lives can often result in weight gain, they say, and shedding that baggage is the first step in shedding the extra weight.

Hungry For Happiness founder Samantha Skelly will be showcasing her teachings and philosophies at a series of seminars during the event.

She says the seminars will allow women to break out of the vicious diet and binge cycle by providing tangible, actionable, and transformational tools and strategies.

In the end, Skelly says she will help women look at the core, emotional reasons for why they’re overweight and overwhelmed, and how to avoid falling victim to the $60 billion weight loss industry.

Tickets for Hungry For Happiness are on sale now. The first 100 people who use the code DAILYHIVE100 will get $50 off the ticket price.
